Monitoring - A workaround has been implemented to get the Baseball pressbox back online. A contractor will have to assess the damage and implement a permanent repair at a later date. We will hold this case open in case the workaround fails.

Identified - We have identified a failure in the fiber optic connection to the Baseball Pressbox. A contractor will be contacted to repair or replace the line. The outage will only affect the baseball stadium and outdoor wifi in the stadium and Davis parking lot.

Investigating - T&I has received reports that some students are receiving an error message when they log into Moodle from the Chrome web browser. The error says "Exception - Responder" and is preventing access to course materials.

We are working with our vendor to assess this problem. A workaround is available. If you encounter this error, you have two known choices:

1) Use a different browser (such as Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer.) At this time, we believe this is only affecting Chrome.

2) Or, open an incognito window in Chrome to access Moodle.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to look at options to resolve this problem.

Classroom AV is fully functional, but for now the help buttons are not contacting the Service Desk. We're working on that now. Monitoring - T&I staff have been continuing to work with our vendor (Microsoft) and to monitor email system performance. As of 5:15pm, email delivery performance has returned to expected levels. Microsoft has not officially declared that the outage has been fully resolved, but we believe most users should be witnessing better performance at this time. T&I staff will continue to monitor the situation.
